My advise is...
What I want to advise a new student is that don’t worry about speaking English and try to speak English more and more. As we know, we came here to learn English. We don’t need to concern about making some mistake. I think this advice is also necessary to me, because I’ll take a course on this summer semester. So, I’ll try to participate more actively in the class. Although it is not easy to me, I’ll do my best.

I agree with you. When we just study writing and reading, we could do in our country. We are in U.S. now, we should make most of our enviromant and our ability!
